Our product has several features which differentiate us substantially from the competition. Our FTP server is much more configurable and secure than Sun's, and much faster and more secure than downloading or uploading using Web technology from Netscape. The accurate time server is critical for keeping mail time stamped correctly, tracking break-ins to the server, and time stamping electronic commerce transactions. Finally, our security programs provide the most essential security functionality required for Internet servers.

One of the biggest differentiator is our choice to focus on the Solaris platform. This allows us to optimize our programs for Solaris and provide support for its multithreading and multiprocessor capabilities. Since Netscape must support a cross-platform strategy, they are incapable of optimizing for any one platform-meaning we can offer far superior Solaris performance. This should be especially enticing to sophisticated companies using networks and/or the Internet, as these companies are sensitive to performance issues.
